Bought this MS270 in 2005. I cut hedge to burn all winter every year since buying it. This is the only chainsaw I own. Never had any problems. Glad I bought this over any other brand of chainsaw. I did replace the coil once but I wonder if it wouldn't start because the muffler got loaded up with carb cleaner I ran through the carb. I had that problem twice where I ran a bunch of cleaner through the carb without the saw running. Second time I discovered I could remove the muffler and start the saw. I've had to replace the tensioner but that was because I ran too many times on a dull chain cutting hard wood. I would replace this chainsaw with another Stihl product.

Since going grain and sugar free I have lost weight and gained energy. I used to be a major choco-holic and sugar addict and since using erythritol, xylitol, and stevia glycerite I find that I crave sweets less. My mood is also improved, which is a nice bonus for my loved ones. I have yet to try Swerve but very much want to soon.
